Minimum 4–6 Weeks Notice
International
Minimum 3–4+ Months Notice

Current turnaround times may vary depending on order volume and project complexity. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may require an additional fee. Clients are responsible for placing orders early enough to accommodate event dates and shipping times.

How to Start an Order

All orders are custom-made and created specifically for each client. Orders are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

  • ✔ Detailed description of your order — names, dates, colors, themes, wording, or inspiration photos
  • ✔ Your desired deadline
